A few days ago, our Executive Director, Mr. IYAMUREMYE NSHUTI Augustin, had the privilege of attending The Woven Foundation's partners gathering in Kampala, Uganda, for the Community of Practice for East Africa Grant Partners. The event, themed "Institutional Development Framework," was led by OLPS and brought together partners to share high-level organizational updates and actions since the last gathering in RUBAVU.
The gathering was a powerful opportunity for collaboration, where partners shared insights, ideas, and inputs on assessing the health of their respective organizations using the Institutional Development Mapping Tool. This tool is designed to conduct comprehensive organizational capacity assessments, helping organizations identify areas of growth, opportunities, risks, and threats—key factors that inform readiness for investments and sustainable operations.

Mr. IYAMUREMYE NSHUTI Augustin contributed to the discussions by sharing Hope of Family's experience in implementing the Institutional Development Framework (IDF). He previously led the successful Organizational Capacity Assessment of Hope of Family, providing valuable insights into our journey towards institutional strengthening.
Super delighted and grateful for the opportunity to connect with fellow partners, learn from each other's experiences, and continue our commitment to building resilient and sustainable organizations across East Africa. Together, we are stronger! 💪
