Digging a little bit deeper to our mission of reducing extreme poverty through strong and efficient children’s education, we have dedicated ourselves to put our Peer Driven Change (PDC) program beneficiaries in groups where they will receive financially support to start the new small income-generating activities to tackle extreme poverty among themselves.
Today, our staff member visited one of the groups of PDC program “ITERAMBERE RIRAMBYE” which has the shoes making project. Some members of group who have more knowledge on shoes making took initiative to teach other members how to make shoes using simple local available materials.
