Up with Africa (UW/A) team were welcomed at the Hope of Family headquarter the purpose of this visit is to launch a new project of Peer Driven Change(PDC) in Hope of Family(HoF), where Up with Africa support will contribute to the HoF mission of reducing extreme family poverty through strong and efficient children, in this program we were together with the government agencies and the board members of HoF.Peer Driven Change is based on the premise that local communities have capacity and potential to lead their own change if they work together. embraces traditional values of working together with a focus on Peer-to-Peer support. The PDC project is expected to reach 100 families in the Shyogwe sector in its first cohort.
