Yesterday, at Hope of Family headquarter, Hope of Family played host to a significant gathering of Muhanga District officials, including Mr. NSHIMIYIMANA Octave, a District Chairperson, Mr. Mugabo Gilbert, a Vice Mayor of Social Affairs, and representatives from across the district's partner organizations. The purpose of this gathering was a comprehensive evaluation of the activities undertaken by these partners.

The evaluation was twofold: firstly, to understand the role of partners in contributing to the achievement of the district's planned activities, and secondly, to assess the effectiveness of activities implemented over the last three quarters, spanning from July 2023 to March 2024.

During the visit, representatives of Hope of Family Mr. IYAMUREMYE Nshuti Augustin and GATAMA Fabrice elucidated the organization's scope and how it aligns with the Development Strategies of Muhanga District. The discussion delved into the intricate ways in which collaborative efforts can amplify the impact of developmental initiatives.A key aspect of the evaluation was the review of partners' reports, allowing district officials to gauge the tangible impact of these activities on the individuals and communities they serve, particularly in the context of poverty alleviation.

Moreover, the visit provided an opportunity for District Officials to witness firsthand the work being carried out by various partners in the field. Notable organizations such as Hope of Family #AzizLife, #TwigireMunyarwanda, and #Compassion_International were among those visited, showcasing the diversity and breadth of initiatives aimed at community development.As the meeting drew to a close, it was emphasized that the insights assembled from partners' contributions will serve as a crucial foundation in the formulation of the District's forthcoming five-year strategic plan.
