Madeleine supports enforcing human resources policies by determining accountability, supervising/ conducting all financial operations, and managing the administrative duties of our organization. she also enjoys maintaining the financial health of our organization through creation of excellent financial controls, policies and procedures. she relish assisting Executive Director to take critical decisions that affect positively the whole organization.
